1. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our online store:

a) Payment by Card

We accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards. All transactions are conducted in a secure environment using encryption technology (SSL) to ensure the protection of your personal and financial data.

b) Bank Deposit

You can pay for your order by depositing the amount into the bank account provided to you upon completion of the order and in the order confirmation email. The order will be shipped after confirmation of the deposit.

Note: Any bank charges are borne by the customer.

c) Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon delivery of the products to the carrier/courier. An additional charge applies for cash on delivery payments. 2,50€.

2. Transaction Currency

All transactions are carried out in Euro (€).

3. Transaction Security

Elysea.eu implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure transaction security. Card payments are processed through a certified payment service provider, and the company does not have access to full card details.

4. Receipts & Invoices

For every completed purchase, a legal retail receipt or invoice is issued, which is sent electronically and/or accompanies the parcel upon delivery.
