1. General Information
Elysea's Return Policy fully complies with European and Greek legislation on distance selling (Directive 2011/83/EU & Law 2251/1994).
Our goal is to offer a fair, clear, and easy return process for all our customers.
2. Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης (14 Ημέρες)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
- from the day you received the product, or
- from the receipt of the last product (in case of multiple orders).

3. Product Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, specifically:
- Must not have been used.
- It must not have been washed or damaged.
- It must be accompanied by the original packaging and all accessories.
- Include the proof of purchase or invoice.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to European legislation, returns are not accepted for:
- Personal care products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons).
- Personalized/customized products.
- Products that have been used.
- Discounts on end-of-line products (where stated as "non-returnable").
5. Return Procedure

- Pack the product correctly in its original packaging.
- Send the product to the address provided in the email.
Important:
The responsibility for the return until it is received by us lies with the customer.
6. Return Costs
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- In the event of an error on the part of Elysea, the cost of return and reshipment will be covered in full by us.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours from receipt.
- Send photos of the problem to our email address.
- The product will be replaced free of charge or a refund will be issued.
8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the product:
- Refunds are made within 14 days.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
9. Product Changes
The following option is available product change subject to availability.
The exchange process is the same as the return process.
