General Information<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elysea's Return Policy fully complies with European and Greek legislation on distance selling (Directive 2011\/83\/EU &amp; Law 2251\/1994).<br>Our goal is to offer a fair, clear, and easy return process for all our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. \u0394\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03af\u03c9\u03bc\u03b1 \u03a5\u03c0\u03b1\u03bd\u03b1\u03c7\u03ce\u03c1\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2 (14 \u0397\u03bc\u03ad\u03c1\u03b5\u03c2)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong>, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The withdrawal period begins:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from the day you received the product, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from the receipt of the last product (in case of multiple orders).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email:<br><strong><a>info.elysea@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a>info@elysea.eu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Product Return Conditions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product must be in its original condition, specifically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must not have been used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must not have been washed or damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be accompanied by the original packaging and all accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the proof of purchase or invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that have been damaged due to misuse by the customer cannot be accepted for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to European legislation, returns are not accepted for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal care products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized\/customized products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discounts on end-of-line products (where stated as \"non-returnable\").<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Return Procedure<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact us<\/strong> \u03c3\u03c4\u03bf email:<br><strong><a>info.elysea@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a>info@elysea.eu<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a reply with detailed return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pack the product correctly in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the product to the address provided in the email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong><br>The responsibility for the return until it is received by us lies with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Return Costs<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of an error on the part of Elysea, the cost of return and reshipment will be covered in full by us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Defective or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> from receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send photos of the problem to our email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product will be replaced free of charge or a refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Refunds<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving and inspecting the product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are made within <strong>14 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or incorrect).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
